Shipping & Returns
FYYTR ships from the UAE. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves us.
Delivery times
- Dubai & Abu DhabiSame or next-day delivery on orders placed before 2:00 PM (GST).
- Rest of the UAE1 to 3 business days.
- GCC (KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar)2 to 5 business days.
- International5 to 10 business days. Duties and taxes may apply on delivery.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping within the UAE is free on orders over AED 250. For orders below that, a flat AED 25 applies.
GCC and international rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Returns & exchanges
You can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Returns within the UAE are free, we arrange a pickup from your address. International return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Your first exchange within the UAE is free. To keep things simple, start your return online and we'll send the next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. You'll get an email at each step.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, socks, underwear, and headwear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards and items marked final sale are also non-returnable.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days at contact@fyytr.com with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
Your consumer rights
These terms are offered in line with the UAE Consumer Protection Law and the UAE's e-commerce framework, and do not affect your statutory rights.
